Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances: - Diverse Borneo cancels the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns. - The client provides written notice of cancellation as per our cancellation policy (see below). b. In the event of cancellation or changes to the service initiated by the client, refunds will be subject to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation fees may apply based on the following timeframes: - More than 10 days prior to the scheduled service: 50% of the total fee may be refunded. - 3 days or less prior to the scheduled service: No refund will be provided.

2. Diverse Borneo Initiated Cancellation a. We reserve the right to cancel a booked service in cases of unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

3. Changes to Bookings a. We understand that your plans may change. If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as early as possible. b. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your changes, subject to availability and any associated fees.

4. No-show Policy a. If you fail to show up for a scheduled service without prior notice or fail to meet the requirements for participation, no refunds will be provided.

5. Late Arrival a. It is essential to arrive on time for the scheduled service. Late arrival may result in a shortened or missed experience, and no refunds will be provided.

6. Force Majeure a. Diverse Borneo is not responsible for cancellations or changes to services due to force majeure events beyond our control. In such cases, refunds will be subject to our refund policy.

Order Cancellation: 1. You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. 2. Refund Policy: 1. Refunds will be processed according to the following conditions: a. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. b.
